This latest design is set to be one of our biggest and will surely send waves throughout the industry!
Future thinking fused with recycled & reclaimed materials in a fresh approach.
In even the most tropical climates, when you’re far away from all you know when warm rain hits dry earth you feel home. A sense of belonging, a warm comfort.
In true Pathfinder Homes form, with a thirst for great design and on the constant journey to innovate, be kinder to our world & naturally, surpass all expectations; we have reached a breath-taking destination, The Petrichor.
One of a kind, created with sustainability at the heart and our world in mind. Designed with meticulous attention to detail and with a relentless ‘That’ll do, won’t do’ approach, The Petrichor will be a flagship home for many years to come.
Built from recycled, reclaimed, and preloved materials, all of which have been individually selected and tirelessly sourced to give life to this lodge. Demonstrating exactly what it means to live sustainably with an environmentally aware and eco-conscious purpose. Designed and built so individually, this brand-new home, with all the modern conveniences offers a deep-rooted story, with every piece of cladding having a background and history of its own.
A perfect fit for the holiday home market, with a layout and style which suits the harmonious nature of a boutique getaway. With a ‘live of the land’, stripped back approach harmoniously combined with a clever layout and enlightened luxuries.
Upon approaching the home there’s immediately a visual outstanding difference. Cladded entirely of reclaimed Timber, the kerb appeal of this home is textured, thoughtful and striking. With a metal-clad roof and external bathtub and shower, the visual vibe is inspired, generating a calm wanderlust mood.
With a choice of entry, depending on your muse depends on what will greet you but you can certainly rest assured of a greeting. Perhaps in need of a wash down after a long day exploring the local landscaping, save the need for cleaning the floor and shower outside in the private porch area then enter via the utility room. Here you will find a reclaimed, re-engineered wood floor, plenty of storage and a carefully placed washing machine (handy to throw in your muddy walking clothes).
Perhaps, you’ve spent the evening in the built-in courtyard, soaking in the outdoor tub star gazing and enjoying a glass of your favourite soda. You can enter the home straight into the fully tiled wet room floor and refresh under the double shower. Alternatively, you can retire from the tub through the sliding patio doors into the open plan kitchen and lounge. Snuggle up for a movie on the large, sumptuous sofa, in front of the mesmerising Morso Wood Burning Stove.
With a vintage-inspired kitchen design, reclaimed wall panelling, fitting wall lights, and individually sourced appliances and tap, this room is equipped perfectly to host your quick bites, small parties, and evening meals. The well-suited Belfast sink and plate racks are complimented perfectly by the crayon style colouring.
The master suite is suitably grand, offering a bedstead with plenty of storage, a walk-in wardrobe, and a ditsy print. With an interesting multi-pitch ceiling, finished to exceeding standards, this room is the perfect balance between peaceful serenity and natural energy.
A name meaning the inimitable scent of rain on dry earth. This resonates with the vision of this home, an eco-friendly and future conscious lodge, conceived from a natural and holistic concept.
