I am writing to acknowledge the great support I have received from all of the members of staff there at Pathfinder in guiding me through the conception, design aspects and the commencement of build of my Sycamore Lodge.

 

Everyone, from the boys in the back to the office staff, have always had a cheery demeanour and an attitude that nothing is too much trouble. I have to single out Jill, Scott and Christina for their unstinting helpfulness whenever I called upon them for inspiration and guidance.

 

It has been a pleasure to visit the home of Pathfinder, and I and Trevor look forward to inviting you to our lodge when it is installed on site at Finlake.

 

Just a note to say thank you for your kind hospitality at the weekend. It was good to finally see HQ! We had a lovely time Friday night. Thanks for everything.

Dear All at Pathfinder,
Just a short note to thank-you all so much for the very kind gesture, the flowers are beautiful, and are on the bay window sills along with our cat who looks at them longingly!! She has been warned! We are delighted with our new home and it is just right for us as there are only two of us (well four if you count Sophie our old dog and Chloe the cat).

I was recommended to Pathfinder Park Homes by the Park owner of Pedna Carne in Cornwall and i am very glad that I took his advice. Our first meeting at Pathfinder was with Martin Hember, a director of the company, who greeted us with tea and biscuits followed by a guided tour of the factory and an explanation of the care taken and materials used in the manufacturing stage. We also discussed the cost of a home and he made it very clear that we could basically have whatever we wanted and could afford. Our next visit was to meet Melissa Durrant, Site Sales Manager,and we discussed the home model that we wanted and we changed it there and then to the specifications of our choice which included a rather different layout to the normal standard, outside and inside - absolutely no problem for Pathfinder. We wound up with a nice mixture of two models. Melissa could not have been more attentive and caring. She fully understood what a big move it is from bricks and mortar to a park home. We discussed every aspect of the exterior and interior and it was our choice entirely, with her guiding hand. We brought in some of our own furniture and the price of the home was reduced by every standard piece that we replaced. It was a very comforting situation not to have to leave all our furniture behind but it would not have been a massive problem as the standard furniture is of a very nice quality.

The siting of the home, which sadly we didn't see, was a site to behold i am told, and very carefully and competently organised. I am told that the whole Park turned out to watch.

Aftercare is organised by Jacki Morris and I couldn't be any happier with our conversations and her rapid response. We have already had a site visit to repair some small teething problems and Jacki followed up immediately to see that we were happy and also to make arrangements for possible future contact in the first year. The craftsmen who visited us were not only friendly but very good men who made us feel that a proper job would be done.

I cant speak highly enough of Pathfinder and would be more than willing for any potential buyer to visit our new home (August 2012) and see just what you can achieve simply by asking, and not necessarily paying much more. There is an amazing choice of interior design once you have decided on the outside shape. We have a great combination of our own personal changes to both the inside and the outside of the building.

Very difficult to keep this brief as there is a lot to be said about the Pathfinder company.
