Custom build your lodge
We know how difficult it can be to choose a home and there might be things you wish were different and would like to tweak. Perhaps you would like to change the exterior style, add extra lights, a wet room or perhaps even a vaulted ceiling – anything is possible with a Pathfinder lodge and when we say that each home is uniquely designed and built for you, we mean exactly that!
Firstly we work with you to create your floor plan. You may like an open-plan living and dining area or perhaps a raised dining space with a kitchen separated by a peninsula unit – or a sun room to bring the garden into your home. Practical alterations that can make life a little easier include wider entrances, an extra shower room or a cloakroom. The choice really is yours!
We start by looking at the exterior and interior design of your new home. Our homes come with a wide range of finish options. Create a natural feel with sustainably-sourced timber cladding or add some colour with a maintenance free, Vulcan finish. We have examples of all exterior finishes, window styles, door colours and building features on display at our showrooms in Devon, along with an interior show area which displays superb kitchen styles, ceramic tile designs, fine quality floor coverings, lighting, artwork and soft furnishings, all of which are available for your home.
When you have made your choices, we start building!
During the build process you are welcome to visit our factory - we have an open-factory policy at Pathfinder which will give you the opportunity to see your home being built, learn about the creation of your home and see the attention to detail shown by each member of our Pathfinder team.
Disabled use - we can adapt any of our homes for disabled use, from grab handles to wider doorways and showers units.
Our custom build doesn’t stop with homes; we have designed practical and luxury office buildings for a number of businesses – there is no end to the flexibility of our buildings.
We can also offer: office and reception units; toilet blocks and disabled toilets.
