Light and airy and unique in design and finish, the Beach Retreat has an impressive floorplan, with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, useful boot room, family bathroom and three spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite wet room.

Modern bi-fold doors lead from the living area to the outside space and light floods the fully vaulted home from every angle, thanks to large windows in every room of the home. A high gloss kitchen brings a sense of drama to the kitchen and dining area, a sociable space, ideal for family get togethers or a cosy dinner for two.

The cream corner sofa is perfect for putting your feet up with a good book and for those who have a love of technology there is a built in iPod docking station and speakers. Late morning lie-ins are definitely the order of the day in the luxuriously finished bedrooms which have co-ordinated bed linen, headboards, curtains and a walk-in shower room leads off of the master suite.

Soffit lights, Vulcan white cladding and modern wall lights give the outside of the Beach Retreat real presence on sunny days, rainy days and dark nights.
