Pathfinder park homes beating the recession
Local Devon-based Park Home manufacturer, Pathfinder Park Homes, have recently created 10 new local jobs thanks to the launch of their brand-new holiday lodge, The Thorverton. Introduced recently at the Newberry Leisure and the Royal Cornwall Shows; The Thorverton has proved to be a huge success with ten orders placed so far. This has led to an increase in production to meet the demand. With more and more people choosing to spend their well-deserved breaks in the UK, the Thorverton Lodge is a fantastic value-for-money home as it not only offers people a dream holiday home but can also generate an income as a buy-to-let investment with the potential to achieve a 6-10% return .”The company has also seen an increase in the residential park home side of the business as more and more people are choosing to downsize their homes in order to release the equity”, said MD Mike Wills.
Pathfinder’s success is set to continue with the Thorverton Lodge being shown at The Royal Agricultural Show at Stoneleigh from 7th until 10th July as well as at The World of Park and Leisure homes Show (24th July unitl 26th July 2009).
