Pathfinder sponsors National Racketball Club Champions
Devon based Pathfinder Park Homes has announced its sponsorship of the Devon and Exeter SRC (Squash and Racketball Club), current National Racketball Club Champions. The team which is made up of five players won the challenging tournament last year and has great hopes for this season. Pathfinder’s sponsorship will support the club in its fight to retain its title. Only 16 teams have made it through to the national tournament and Devon and Exeter SRC will be competing in the first match this weekend against a strong West Hants side.
Matt Baker, Captain of the Devon and Exeter SRC said: “We are hugely grateful to Mike Wills and Pathfinder Park Homes for their kind sponsorship. It is great to be supported by a local business as it helps to raise awareness of the club and its successes. This first match will be a challenge for the whole team as the competing side are very strong, but we are very much looking forward to getting the tournament started!”
Mike Wills from Pathfinder said: “Devon and Exeter SRC is a great team and we are really pleased to be able to support it in its quest to retain the National Racketball Club title. Squash and Racketball are great sports to get involved in and we hope that Pathfinder’s sponsorship of the team will not only help them to bring back the title but will also help them to recruit new members to the club.”
