• Assisting the Creative Manager with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested;
• Following the marketing plan for the year, ensuring commitment to the brand and the businesses core values;
• Being a brand ambassador and to champion internal marketing campaigns, activities and lend support to community projects such as our Charity of the Year;
• Supporting the in-house sales team by coordinating and collating content and providing branded documents;
• Managing external agencies and designers with the production of artwork, printed literature and copy checking;
• Gathering competitive quotes from suppliers at the commencement of every campaign;
• Tracking competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors;
• Monitoring and reporting digital & traditional campaign successes and threats;
• Ensuring the integrity of our core values, ‘Innovation, Inspiration and Imagination’ at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of WordPress and Microsoft software along with a basic awareness of Salesforce & Social Media. They will be keen and eager to learn ‘The Pathfinder Way’ but naturally express excellent attention to detail skills and a creative, imaginative flair!

We are currently seeking to recruit for a Roofer to build roofs of our luxury lodges in accordance with our successful & strategic build process. As the newest member of the Pathfinder Homes team you will:
- Prepare roofs in accordance with build schedule;
- Construct roofs, including flat roofs, in accordance with design specification and plan;
- Build roofs in accordance to the day sequence;
- Cut and fit lead flashings;
- Check roof timbers;
- Fit felt sheets to roofs;
- Cover roofs with slates, tiles or cladding;
- Measure and cut building materials;
- Observe the health & safety procedures in place.
Demonstrable experience in roofing essential.
£10.20ph – £11.20ph dependant on experience
Full time, permanent. 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm Friday (39hpw)
